Carrillo-Castilla Motive Announced

Killer’s Motive Announced

The Killer’s Gaze

On May 18, 2016, a motive was announced in Will’s murder, and the killer has concocted a truly unbelievable lie to cover up this murder and robbery. It is unfortunate that Will made the fatal mistake of trusting this dangerous woman and her friend into his home.

Reporters obtained copies of the Arrest Warrant and Probable Cause Affidavit and relayed that Carrillo-Castilla and a friend were picked up from the Intown Suites (Extended-Stay Living) to “hang out” at Will’s residence. The killer alleges that Will showed the women rooms in his home and “offered to pimp them out.” Surveillance  later shows the two women being dropped off at the Intown Suites.

According to the documents reviewed by reporters, Carrillo-Castilla claims that she later received a text message stating that Will raped her friend while they were together at his home “hanging out.” Carrillo-Castilla claims she then returned to Will’s home alone, offered him a massage on his couch, and shot him in the head. Investigators found Will on his couch in a pool of blood with his pockets turned inside out.

Will’s death certificate states he was shot multiple times in the head and torso. His admitted killer, Monserrat Carrillo-Castilla, not only took his life, she stole his car, cash, and additional items soon to be disclosed to the public. Carrillo-Castilla fled the scene in the victim’s car and remained at large until she was captured on May 15, 2016.

This is not a case of vigilante justice. Instead, Carrillo-Castilla has concocted transparent and incendiary lies to smear the victim in attempt to evade justice for her crimes of murder and robbery.

However, no story Carrillo-Castilla invents can provide adequate justification for executing and robbing a man in his home. Ultimately, Carrillo-Castilla is a dangerous woman that made a cold, calculated decision to rob and execute Will.

Monserrat Carrillo-Castilla thought she was smart enough to get away with this heinous crime, but she wasn’t. It is hoped that the Justice System will ensure that society is kept safe from her future acts of killing and robbery.
